Staff where helpful; hotel was SMALL, ideal location within 10 minutes walk of the railway station. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. Stopped by Heini Luzern Lowenplatz to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend.

Everything was good, low cost hotel, the location was unbeatable very close to restaurants and sightseeing attractions and Luzern. The staff there were customer-oriented and immensely pleasant. Lots of amazing options for meal. Don't forget to explore Old Town district. Very good overall experience.

Rooms and staff of this rustic hotel were pleasant! Big building, clean and good bedroom. We loved eggs, slices of fresh bread, fruit, coffee and cheese at breakfast. Heated pool with a sauna and a Jacuzzi.

I loved the marvelous location and the staff was extremely helpful. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Eggs, milk, fruit, coffee and slices of fresh bread were appetising. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was exceptional. Outstanding value for Lucerne😀❤

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

Booked it for 2 days and had a such great experience. In the middle of Lucerne, very central location. Took a walk around city center, located at a short distance from the hotel.

So glad we choose it, it's comfortable place for staying in Lucerne. The venue is in the heart of the town. Breakfast is served on café! Room was good value...
